WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY within the united states? 

SHIPPING PRINTS: The price for shipping prints is calculated based on the weight coefficient of each item. The fine arts printing vendor I work with does its best to ensure that your order arrives in a safe and timely manner. In general, most print orders are processed, produced and shipped within 2-3 business days and typically arrive after 4-5 business days. Canvas orders take 3-4 days to produce and arrive in 5-6 business days. There may continue to be longer delays because of Covid, however. Next day and 2-day express shipping are also available, but please note that these options do not affect production time. Tracking information will be emailed to you as soon as available. For US territories outside of the 48 contiguous states (Alaska, Guam, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands), please expect a few extra business days for shipping. 

LARGE SIZED PRODUCTS AND CRATING POLICIES: Due to shipping requirements and the potential for damage, some products over 30" on the short side, or over 40" in length will require frieght shipping and must be crated at an additional cost.  Required crates for Metal Prints over 30x40 to 40x60 cost an additional $15.00. Required crates for MetalPrints over 40x60 cost $20.00. All additional crate fees are included in the product total. Freight quotes for these orders can be requested. Please allow additional time for the quote and freight delivery times. 

SHIPPING ORIGINAL PAINTINGS:  I ship my original art via USPS or FedEx from my home to addresses within the continental USA. The shipping price for paintings is calculated based on the weight coefficient of each item. Tracking information will be emailed to you as soon as available.  

CAN ORIGINAL ARTWORK BE SHIPPED TO international / CANADAN / APO / or FPO ADDRESSES?  

INTERNATIONAL AND APO SHIPPING: Shipping original artwork to addresses outside of the continental US and APO addresses is possible and I have experience doing this. International orders typically arrive within 6-10 business days after being shipped with USPS Priority Mail or FedEx International Economy services. Buyers are responsible for international shipping costs plus any customs and import taxes that may apply. Delays due to customs may occur and are outside of my control. 

Shipping quotes are available for large orders or orders shipped to international destinations. Please contact me at lidforsbarbara@gmail.com with the details of what should be in the order and the address it should be shipped to.

WHAT IS YOUR POLICY ON RETURNS/EXCHANGES/REFUNDS?

• My fine arts printing vendor and I do not accept print returns. All sales are FINAL.
• We do our utmost, however, to ensure that your artwork is packaged carefully and arrives safely at its destination. In the event that a print or an original painting is damaged in transit, please take a photo of the damage, save all packaging materials and contact me directly at lidforsbarbara@gmail.com with your order number for further instructions. We will work together for repair, return or a carrier insurance claim settlement.  

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?  

Please contact lidforsbarbara@gmail.com as soon as possible if you need to cancel your order. Print orders that are already in transit can not be canceled.
